Chicken Recpies



Please remember when using these recipes they are meant to be divided into two freezer bags.

Example if you have 4 chicken breasts...2 go into one back the other 2 into another bag..also 2 cups of water..1 cup in one bag the other cup in the next bag.  Please let me know if you need help on this ;-)

1. Teriyaki Chicken 

       4 chicken breast, cut bite size
       2 cups teriyaki sauce
       2 cups water
       1 cup of brown sugar
       2 medium onions cut into large chunks
       1 can of pineapples- do not drain (1/2 each bag)
       4 garlic cloves--minced
   
Write on Bag: Add 1/2 cup more of teriyaki sauce to crock pot the day you cook.
Cook on high 3-4 hrs, or low 6-8 hrs.  Serve over rice. 

2. Savoy Chicken

       4 chicken breast
       2 cans stewed tomatoes
       4 tbs white wine
       2 bay leaves
       2 tbs pepper
       2 tsp salt
       4 garlic cloves--minced
       1 large onion chopped
       4 cups of broccoli ( this is to be added during last 30 minutes)

Write on Bag: Add 4 cups of broccoli during the last 30 minutes.
Cook on high 3-4 hrs, or low 6-8 hrs

3. Honey Garlic Chicken

       4 chicken breast
       4 garlic gloves
       2 tsp dried basil
       1 cup soy sauce
       1 cup ketchup
       1 cup honey

Write on Bag: Cook on high 3-4 hrs, or low 6-8 hrs.

4. Chicken Broccoli Alfredo

    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

    1 bag frozen broccoli florets
    2 cans sliced mushrooms (drained)

    2 jars of Alfredo sauce, 16 oz.

 Write on bag: Cook on high 3-4 hrs, or low 6-8 hrs

5. Tex Mex Chicken
      
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    4 Tbsp taco seasoning
    4 Tbsp flour
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    1 red pepper, cut into strips
    1 Can corn
    1 1/2 Cups salsa


Write on bag: Cook on high 3-4 hrs, or low 6-8 hrs. Shred and serve.

6.  Chicken Taco Soup with beans


      4 whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts      
      1 onion, chopped

      1 can chili beans

      1 can black beans
      1  can whole kernel corn, drained
      1  can tomato sauce
      1 can chicken broth
      2 cans diced tomatoes
      1 package taco seasoning

Write on bag:  Cook on high 3-4 hrs, or low 6-8 hrs. Shred and serve.

7.  Chicken Noodle Soup

     4 cups chicken chopped bite size
     1 can cream of chicken soup
     1 cup onion, chopped
     1 cup celery, chopped
     1 cup carrots, chopped
     1 cup green onions, chopped
     1 can of corn,  drained
     1 tsp salt
     1 tsp pepper
     2 cups egg noodles ---added at the last 30 mins in the crock-pot

Write on bag: Cook on high 3-4 hrs, or low 6-8 hrs. The last 30 mins add egg noodles to pot

8.  Buttermilk Herb Chicken
  
       4 chicken breasts  (4 if it's only two people eating- 2 in each bag ) 
       1 cup of buttermilk
       1 tsb honey
       1 tsb thyme
       1 tsb rosemary
       1 tsb sage
       1 tsb Dijon mustard 
       1 tsp salt
       1 tsp pepper

Write on bag: Cook on high 3-4 hrs, or low 6-8 hrs
   
9.  Hawaiian Chicken

     4 chicken breast
     1 cup white sugar
     1 cup vinger
     4 garlic cloves, minced
     4 tsb soy sauce
    1 cup pineapple juice
     1 can pineapple chunks

Write on bag: Cook on high 3-4 hrs, or low 6-8 hrs
